The game and your local data

Firebreak Grove is a deterministic tactical strategy game about containing magical wildfire and protecting a living grove. No login is required to play the current release.

Your mission save and action history stay on your device. Settings → Clear game progress and saves, removing the app, or clearing its browser or operating-system data deletes them. They are not cloud saves, and we cannot recover them. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

You may use Firebreak Grove for personal, non-commercial play. You may not:

• use the game to break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• probe, attack, overload, or interfere with any connected service we may offer;
• remove security controls or distribute an unauthorized copy of the game; or
• send malicious code, unlawful material, or abusive messages when contacting us.

Purchases

The current release has no active purchase flow. If a future version offers paid features, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and available cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Your app store or payment provider may apply additional terms and handle billing, cancellations, and refunds.

Feedback and ownership

If you send us feedback or a support message, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to use it to investigate problems and improve the game. Firebreak Grove, including its software, artwork, audio, design, and name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features to operate and improve the game. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect players and any connected services, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the game and remove it from your device at any time. If a future release adds accounts, cloud sync, purchases, notifications, or other connected features, we may present additional disclosures or terms before you use them.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and without guarantees that they will always be available, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
